Configure User Policy Manually

You can manually change the policies of the users to set them for calling with Enterprise Voice and to prevent Toll Bypass.

To change user policies:
1. In the Navigation pane, select Users > Manage users.

2. Select a user and then click Edit Settings.

3. Set the Calling Policy to UMPPreventTollBypass and Voice routing policy to Unrestricted.
4. Click Apply.
5. Select the user and then click View policies.
